4th coordinators meeting in Rostock, Germany

The partner ANOVA Multimedia Studios GmbH invited the project partners to the forth coordinators meeting to Rostock in Germany. One main topic of this meeting was to present each other the results of our different working groups and to check if everything in the project is running well. Also we had the first meeting with learners from the different partners involved.

We started our discussions with the presentation and discussion about the latest activities in disseminating our project. Now we have a film, flyer and poster that we can use for our activities. The cooperation of the partners in our communication platform TOLEDO was discussed and coordinated. Another main topic of the coordinators meeting was to prepare the video conference activity. We had real video conference connecting the steLLLa project to another project in Belgium. This session was subject to learn about video conferencing and to improve and prepare next sessions. Also we worked on our database of good practice examples and the performed questionaire was discussed.

We prepared and performed special learning sessions for the European learners. Topics if theses sessions were methods of Web2.0 and social software and how to manage and edit a website using a content management system. This should enable the learners to participate in our project in the future when we work on these topics.

On Friday we had an official dissemination moment when ANOVA invited to the company's E-Learning day with fair and presentations for customers and partners of the company. The project steLLLa and the partners were presented there.

The meeting took place in a very interesting area of Germany. Rostock is a town in the North East of Germany and situated in a touristic region. The German partner tried to give everybody an insight into the German kind of living. The partners learnt a lot about this European country. The partnership and friendship was strengthened through many meetings and group discussions.
